Muscle tightness and rigidity are bad for overall health ( physical – physiological – psychological – intellectual – spiritual and genetic level).

Did you know that tight muscles and hyper toned muscles are unhealthy* 💪 toned muscles are elastic. Hard muscles are inelastic and unhealthy. Hence, root cause of suffering lies here.
