Our body as a vehicle has four powerful engines – heart, lungs ,liver and kidneys. How we work to increase their horse power is most important factor to work on. Just to keep increasing its workload to exert that degenerate early.

What I observe, no one is thinking and working appropriately to prevent and improve. Hence enhance is far away. I exactly work systematically and physically on Health, to prevent, to improve, to enhance and to evolve further. Early age is any time better to start. But I have to work on illness and diseases and reverse it as people are not aware of health, they are after fitness to look to be thiner which they give Physical mimicry hence which does not make us healthy at all.

Truth is, heart disease is extremely common and is the leading cause of deaths worldwide. And a cardiac arrest can happen even without a family history of cardiac issues.

During exercise a greater percentage of the total blood flow is diverted to skeletal muscles. During Physical activity, tissues such as the heart and skeletal muscles where the demand for O2 and nutrients and for the removal of waste can increase as much as tenfold. But heart organ itself get less blood along with liver where we are actually increasing work load.

Even Though body has an autoregulation response. Stiff and hard muscles increase pressure on all these blood ,lymph vessels and nerves. This consistent pressure on the arterial wall. These arteries lose their elastic property.While diameter of these blood vessels become small then this increased blood flow damages inner wall of vessels and to save this damage our body mechanism is calcified and these vessels becomes hard. This is the defence of the body which damage physical state of these organ systems.

Thinking of wall arteries and loss of elasticity are the main characteristics of a group of diseases called arteriosclerosis.This is Inflammation which is a defensive response of the body to tissue damage.

All body cells must receive a certain amount of oxygenated blood each minute to maintain health and life. Pathways of nerves has to be clear and smooth.

When cells are metabolically active ,as during exercise,they take up even more oxygen from the blood towards periphery i.e towards hands and legs and cellular metabolic need of digestive tract and organs like liver, gallbladder, spleen, Pancreas, kidneys , excretory and reproductive organs are decreased
