BRAMA NAYANA is metaphysical ultimate reality, the highest unchanging Universal Principle in the universe. “Je Pindi te Brahmandi”, Breathing - ventilation mechanism, Naturalization, Secret and universal principles or laws behind " Yogasana", Spine Healthy and Unhealthy, Uncategorized, Yoga method

“Yoga is a high tech- space science technology – pure existence”.

Essence of Yoga
“Yoga’s core is about tapping into pure existence – a state of awareness free from outside influences and inner conditioning. It’s a journey inward to connect with our true essence. Yoga isn’t just practice; it’s a cutting-edge exploration of human potential, blending ancient wisdom with insights into unlocking our deepest capabilities.”
Asan” is our own beingness that is “asane” “to be” that is “asmita” our own “astitva”.

So what is it ?

The word Philosophy refers to love of truth.
The Truth being pure existence. The source of all life , it is a science of truth as it is expressed in our life.
Every individual is a unique phenomenon. The individual from the macrocosmic cosmos, the same thing exists in the microcosmic.
Every individual is a manifestation of macrocosmic consciousness.
The vibration of pure universal consciousness produces the soundless sound, ” OM” from this sound the five basic elements produced i.e. Ether / space, Air ,fire, water and earth.

The Law of Nature, universe demands these elements to be in balance.

The imbalance of the 5 Elements of nature is the cause of most diseases

The source of chronic (self-manifested) diseases is the impurity of any of the elements or if the elements are out of balance with another element in the body.

Such as –

1. Imbalance of Water element: This is visible as excess mucus, cold, sinusitis, swelling of glands, edema of tissues, blood thinning or blood clotting etc.
2. The imbalance of the Earth element: shows itself as a general weakness in the body, body ache, musculoskeletal disorder , loss of calcium from bones, obesity, cholesterol, weight loss, and weight gain, muscular diseases, etc.
3. Imbalance of Fire element: manifests itself as fever, body ache , inflammation,  skin diseases like inflammation, increased coldness or heat in the body, excessive sweating, hyper-acidity, slow digestion and absorption of nutrients, toxins in the body, diabetes, etc.
4. Imbalance of Air element: leads to stiffness and hardness of muscles, muscular spasms, decreased joint space, disturbance in pressure difference within cavities, hormonal imbalance, dryness, blood pressure problems, lung disorders, dry cough, bloating, constipation, lethargy, insomnia, muscular spasms, anxiety, depression, etc.
5. Imbalance of Space elements: Neurological disorders such as ADHD, Autism, epilepsy, madness, ear diseases ,throat problems and  is visible as Thyroid disorders etc.

Five elements and Guna :

Furthermore these five basic elements are manifested into the three biological organisations known as “guna” that are Vata, Pitta and  Kapha. In the Evert organism these three govern all physiopathological changes.
At the time of fertilization Vata , Pitta and Kapha are determined by their permutations and combinations the constitution of an individual. Which is called
” Prakruti”.
Prakruti means the first creation. Every human being is the first creation of the cosmos. That is why every human being is a separate entity, a unique phenomenon.
To understand this uniqueness of every individual is the study of Prakruti. Five great basic elements and its relationship with “Asan” asanepan that is asmita which is to be our own astitva.

I am trying to make it simple for layman like us, to bring this at our practical level i.e at the level of ” asana” i.e to be…what I observe we are missing some links in today’s modern world.

Knowledge of the Self is knowledge of the Absolute. Atma-jnana is also Brahma-jnana. The knowledge of the deepest in you is also the knowledge of the essential secret of the universe.

Atmana akasas sambutah” – spacetime – space time – motion

” Atmana akasas sambhutah “

From this Universal Atman, space, ( avakash) emanated – as it were.
This is something hard for us to conceive at the present moment.
Space is actually extension, dimension, distance.

The moment there is the concept of space, there is also automatically introduced into the concept of time.
We cannot separate space and time. Duration and extension go together.

From space, or akasha, arose Air/vayu;
from Air /vayu with friction aroused element Fire/heat;
from fire came the liquefied form, water; and from water then came the solid form of the earth.
From earth vegetation ( oshadhi) started
“Tasmad va etasmad atmana akasa sambhutah, akasad vayuh, vayor agnih, agner apah, apam prithvi, prithivya oshadhayah”.

Space – When we say Ether , words like space or a vast openness comes to one’s mind. Akash means having a close cavity with freedom to move. The tanmatra of the ether element is Shabda (Sound).
Whenever there is compactness of molecules, we get a dull sound on tapping but when there is a cavity or hollow space, we get a resonant sound.
The qualities of either element are clear, light, subtle, and immeasurable. Ether element is related with various actions like expansion, vibration,. and non-resistance. A sensory organ related to the ether element is ear as it is hollow and transmits the sound waves.

Space and time are not dead things , they are basic vibrations of the cosmos.
Motion goes together with space-time. Not only according to modern scientific terminology, but also in ancient thought . One may say that the concept of space-time goes together with motion and force.
This fundamental cosmic space-time-motion, or vibration, became more and more gross in the form of wind / air – vayu.
Actually, the word ‘vayu’ used here should not be taken in the sense of what we breathe through the nostrils. It is, again, a vibration of a vital nature, which we call prana.
“Prana” an energy manifested itself; cosmic energy emanated, as it were, from this basic vibratory centre which is the space-time-motion complex.
To put it in a modern, intelligible style. The solidification, condensation and more and more externalisation of the preceding one in the succeeding stage is actually the process of the coming of what is called the elements.

In our body the majority of diseases are distortions of element air, ayurveda call it vata dosha.Air means movement and for movement needs space” .

My explanation is rooted in the principles of ancient Indian philosophy and cosmology, which emphasizes the concept of Akasha (space) as the fundamental basis of all material elements. This understanding is often referred to as the “Pancha Mahabhuta” theory, which describes how each element – earth, water, fire, air, and ether (or space) – contains all five elements in varying proportions.

This concept suggests that:

– Earth contains all five elements, with earth predominating
– Water contains all five, with water predominating
– Fire contains all five, with fire predominating
– Air contains all five, with air predominating
– Ether or space contains all five, with ether predominating

This understanding highlights the interconnectedness and interdependence of all elements, and how they are all ultimately rooted in the fundamental basis of Akasha, or space. This philosophy has far-reaching implications for our understanding of the natural world, the universe, and our place within it.

To summarize:

– Akasha (space) is the first gross element created from the Universal Atman (ultimate reality).
– The five elements (space, air, fire, water, earth) emerge in a sequence, with each element containing all five in different proportions.
– Each element has half of its portion occupied by itself and the other half divided among the other four elements, in a specific ratio.
– The proportion of elements may vary among individuals, but conscious inner physical movement, like in  yogasan, can help maintain and enhance their balance and health.
– The Universal Atman is the least manifest in the earth element, which becomes increasingly hard and dry when it loses its water content due to a lack of fire, air, and space.
– This intricate understanding of the elements and their interconnectedness offers profound insights into the nature of reality, the human body, and the importance of balance and harmony in our physical and spiritual lives

In our body element air is ubiquitous. Our body’s growth, creation/ origin ,dharana as the binding of attention to anything more than a single spot and therefore it is essential to save and enhance natural element air, which represents in  our body in five forms Prana, Udana, vyana, Saman and Apan.

Reflection on Muscular Architecture and Elemental Balance:

Muscles, our only voluntary movers, gradually lose their ancient memory of movement, reflecting a distortion in the equilibrium of earth and water elements within our muscular architecture. As they dry and stiffen, the solidity of earth intensifies while water’s essential liquidity diminishes – leading to faltering movement and waning elasticity. This imbalance resonates with a disruption in the harmonious interplay of air and fire elements too. Consequently, muscles grow denser and harder, surrendering their primal fluidity to rigidity, underscoring a loss of innate suppleness and movement grace.”

“Elements earth (पृथ्वी) and space (आकाश) are inherently paralyzed (पंगू), lacking self-initiated movement, which tends to render associated muscles hard and rigid. In contrast, fire (अग्नि) and air (वायु) elements are dynamically potent by nature – not paralyzed – and their movement fosters motivation; friction born from this movement kindles the fire element. Generating movement through these elements is essential. Doing so generates an interplay of internal bodily pressure and external environmental resistance, creating a contrast between inner and outer spatial dynamics. Bridging this differential necessitates expanding inner space (आकाश) and amplifying inner pressure – invoking the space element’s qualities of accommodation (व्यापकता) and occupation (आकाश दातृत्व). In Asana learning, transformations in space occupation states are critically significant. Understanding and harnessing the bodily space element (आकाश), via अवकाश within muscular architecture, emerges as a vital factor meriting deliberate attention and application.”

We must understand and work on harnessing the space element (आकाश) within our body, utilizing the occupied space / अवकाश inherent in our muscular architecture.

Tanmatra of element space is sound.

Air – Air is the great element that shows a sense of movement. Vayu or air initiates and directs motion or movement. The air element keeps the body in constant motion.
The tanmatra of the Air element is Sparsha (Touch).

The sensory organ related to the Air element is skin. Skin is very sensitive for detecting any movement, change in pressure or vibration in subtle form. Any movement against skin can be easily registered.
The air element is mobile, dry, light, cold and subtle in nature. Its main action is to do any kind of movement.

Fire – The previous element, Air performs different movements; whenever there is movement, it produces friction and leads to formation of heat or fire. This element is also called as teja or agni. All various forms of transformation including digestion of food are carried out by the fire element.
The tanmatra of the fire element is Rupa (Vision).

The perception of light is carried out by this tanmatra. The fire element is hot, sharp, light, dry and subtle.
Various functions carried out by this element are penetration, digestion of food, and transformation of thoughts, intelligence and perception of light.

Water – The fourth element is water. It is also called as jala or Apa. Whenever we think of water qualities like liquidity ,(सिनगधता)or fluidity (तरलता) comes to our mind. Water shows important quality of binding – e.g. if we see dry soil, we cannot make a ball out of it. But if we add water to the soil, then we can easily make mud balls. This binding nature helps in forming different structures in the body as it binds the 2 cells together. Hence this element is a constructive force.
The tanmatra of the water element is rasa (taste).

Space – air -fire -water – earthoshadhi prana , pranshakti Microsm Macrosm energy ENERGY FORCE conquered limitations liberation moksha ” means overcome from our own limitations to evolve ,freedom. It is as a state of eternal bliss and emptiness

The sense of taste or the ability to taste depends on the liquidity that exists within the mouth in the form of saliva. Dry mouth along with dry tongue is unable to give sense of taste. The water element exhibits qualities like cool, liquid, dull soft, and sliminess. Its main actions are cohesiveness (the attraction between the molecules or atoms of the same substance)and adhesiveness ( the attraction between the molecules of two different substances).

Thanmatra for the water element is taste.

Earth – This is the last element of earth that is gross. The qualities of earth are softness  or hardness , solid, and dense or heavy and dull. It is related to all solid and hard structures that show shape – e.g. bones, muscles, teeth and nails. The Earth element is responsible for giving structure, shape and strength to the body.

The tanmatra for Earth element is Gandha (Smell).

The small particles of earth scattered all over the place give us the sense of smell. The sensory organ is the nose. Nose is more hard compared to other sensory organs.

To go into our own Self is the best achievement, the highest attainment. Whereas to go outside ourselves, however far beyond we may go, is that much worse for us.

Five great elements and their relationship with asan , asanepan i.e.to be. –

“Atmana akasas sambhutah “

From this Universal Atman, space emanated – as it were.
Reality is also hiddenly present as the Atman behind the earth, the Atman behind water, fire, air and ether/space . There is an Atman even behind space and time.

Akasha is that which gives space and makes room for the existence of all extended substances that accommodate the living souls , the principle of motion , the matter i.e quality or guna of akash/ space is Akashdatrutva – accommodation and Avakash is an occupied space within our body known as Siddhashila,abode/ the place for habitation of the liberated souls.
Siddha is the perfect one. It means ,one who is accomplished, highly trained. It refers to perfected masters who have achieved a high degree of physical as well as spiritual perfection or enlightenment, liberated souls.
Siddha may also refer to one who has attained a siddhi.

Various degrees of the manifestation of universality can be seen in the operation of the five elements.
The Universal is least manifest in the earth, more manifest in water, still more in fire, still more in air and still more in space, so that space looks almost universal, but yet it is not universal because it is externalised.

The miniature individual, as I have mentioned, has all the layers of the universe. These are the physicality of the lowest earth, the vibratory form of element air in occupied space .

This individualised microcosmic representation of the cosmic layers is seen individually as the coverings of the consciousness in us ( remember here consciousness is most important). We may, in a way, say the whole universe is covering up over Brahma.

These sheaths in us – the physical – physiological – psychological, intellectual, spiritual genetic and then natural which is evolved – are the inverted forms of the otherwise-vertical ( we may say, forms of the cosmic sheaths which are in the form of the five elements – earth, water, fire, air and space, going upwards from below).
All the five basic substances in nature and in our body are panchmahabhoutik, the main
” Guna” which are functional ones are only three i e aap , tej and vayu. For carrying out their functions, these three substances have to seek help from the earth and the space . Hence, the doshas are also three – vatt, pitta and kapha.

“All vegetation started from the earth.” Osadhibhyo annam, The food that we consume is nothing but the vegetation growing on earth.
In the personality of the human being we find in a miniature form all that has come cosmically down to the earth, right from the Supreme Brahman – “satyam jnanam anantam brahma”.

So the universe is called “Bramanda” and the individual is called “Pindanda‘. The macrocosm is the universe, and the microcosm, or the individual, is a cross-section of the macrocosm.
All that is in the universe we will find in ourselves. We are a miniature of creation.
If we know ourselves, we know the whole world i.e. ” Pindi te brahmandi”. This is why it is said, “Know thyself and be free.” “Moksha”

Nobody says “Go outside and know things.” It will not serve our purpose.
Know ourselves and all things are known, because we are the nearest thing that can be contacted and the nearest thing containing all things that are the furthest and the remotest. Therefore, the Ultimate Reality is also called the nearest and the furthest.
Tad dure tad vad antike (Isa 5): “Very far is It” – in terms of the spatio-temporal ( space – time) expanse of creation; “Very near is It” – as the Self of our own existence.

Five elements :

“Atmana akasas sambutah” – spacetime, space, and motion. To manipulate and arrange this inner space, we need to understand how to harmonize our organ systems, such as the heart, lungs, spinal cord, and abdominal organs. The pressure differences within and outside these organs, within the body cavities, are crucial for maintaining equilibrium among the five elements. To achieve this balance, we must understand the forces acting both outside and within the body and work on harnessing the inner forces to balance with the external ones. To do this, we need to comprehend the precise effect of specific asanas (postures) on these organs and make targeted efforts and directional movements within our body to achieve harmony and balance.

The external shapes or forms we create with our body, though visually appealing, hold little significance. This approach becomes merely a performing art.

However, understanding and observing the internal state of our body is crucial. Engaging in numerous activities won’t suddenly make us healthy; our body undergoes continuous changes. Recognizing the organized and disorganized states of our bodily systems is essential to prevent the progression from imbalance to disease. By acknowledging this, we can foster a deeper understanding of our body’s transformation and maintain optimal well-being.

“The outer open space, referred to as Maha Akash, possesses two qualities: Akash Darutva (accommodation) and Avakash Vyapakata (occupation of space). Within our body, we have both closed and open spaces. The closed spaces are directly connected to our voluntary muscular architecture, allowing us to control them and beneficially impact the open spaces. These open spaces are directly linked to the outside environment and space. Yoga is a high-tech space science that recognizes the importance of inner physical spaces and their relationship with outer space. In Yogasana , understanding the movement and equilibrium of these inner spaces is crucial. We are surrounded by infinite space and subjected to tremendous atmospheric pressure. Yogasanas emphasizes the vital importance of achieving equilibrium within this context. By consciously engaging our voluntary muscular system, which is the only medium under our control, we can explore and balance these spaces and forces within our physical body. This is essential to avoid hardness of muscular architecture and  leveraging the elastic and expansion properties of our muscles to achieve a state if health”.

The inner spaces and inner environment, referring to homeostasis, are the most crucial and essential factors in maintaining health. Yogasana prioritizes the equilibrium of space between the inner and outer atmospheric spaces, recognizing the interconnectedness of these realms. This balance is considered paramount, second only to the Atman (the individual’s essence or consciousness). By harmonizing the inner and outer spaces, yoga aims to establish a state of equilibrium, fostering well-being and optimal health.

*Five elements and Tri doshas*

Natural properties of five basic elements:
(Pancha mahabhuta che swabhav dharma).
Earth – Firmness \hardness and  contour\softness ( kathinata and mruduta).
Water – Viscosity and  fluidity. (Snigdha and Dravata).
Fire – Heat and  irritation.(Ushnata and Dahakata).
Air –  Motility stimulation.(Vahana shamata and  Prerakata).
Space –  Occupation\permissiveness Accommodation\permission.(Vyapkata and  Avakash dratutva).

When the five eternal substances – space, air, fire, water and earth – combine to form the human body, they do so by creating three vital energies, or doshas.
The three doshas construct and maintain our physical beings, and they determine, by their proportions, our individual unique characteristics and traits.

Vata – is formed by the interaction of element space and air. This vata dosha is the most powerful of the doshas.
Because , Vata is an internal movement ( and movement is life). It is the energy of muscle movements, nerve impulses, respiration and heartbeat, As such, it circulates the blood and lymph, draws and expels air from the lungs, moves food through the digestive system, and eliminates waste. ( Please do not misunderstand the element air because repetitive Physical movement will lead us to Vikrut vat though all individuals have different permutation and combination of these doshas, repetitive movements leads to wear and tear where distortion of space happens and movement is lost e.g.osteoarthritis and mayoathrites)
Therefore we need to enhance these two elements Space and air ,though they are subtle.
For this ,we need to follow basic Physical laws and their order in our physical body intellectually.

Pitta – is formed by the interaction of element fire as energy of transformation and water as an agent of change. The element water has emerged from fire so one must understand the importance of conscious movement of Musculature otherwise it loses its fire element which happens in diabetes and metabolic diseases.
The polarity of these two elements plays an important role for Pitta. Pitta regulates the body, controlling its metabolism. It is the body in transformation. Thus it handles digestion of food, release and absorption of hormones, production of heat, and cooling.
Where Vata moved nerve impulses to and within the brain, Pitta converts those impulses to thoughts.

Kapha – combines the structural properties of element earth with water in its role as lubricant.
It builds the body and forms its structure: skeleton, muscles, organs, ligaments, tendons, and skin are the work of Kapha. Kapha lubricates the body, ensuring the smooth function, With strength, stability, and solidity, Kapha is the body in repose.
It is heavy, slow, cool, sleek, smooth, delicate, thick, stable, gross, and cloudy. Kapha provides structure and robustness to all things; it gives the cohesiveness needed to maintain a particular form. Kapha additionally hydrates all cells and frameworks, lubricates the joints, saturates the skin, maintains immunity and safeguards the tissues. Kapha is often associated with water energy, and with love and compassion.

According to Yoga shastra, the aim of sadhana is to have Physical mastery over oneself. This mastery can be achieved by mastering all the basic elements.
The process of gaining mastery over these elements and purifying them is called shudhi prakriyaBhuta Shuddhi.
It’s all about Equilibrium “Gunasamyata” i.e. Equilibrium in a combination of these five elements.

Therefore in posture , its most important factor is to follow rules and regulations of Physical laws while working within our body.  The only medium which we have  is  voluntary muscular architecture.

Efforts have to be in the right pathway with regular, sincere dedication with perseverance and devoted practice.

” Satu dirgha kal satkar sevito drud bhumi”

*In our body element air is ubiquitous*

Air existing or being everywhere, present in all places at the same time. Our body’s growth, creation/ origin ,dharana as the binding of attention to anything more than a single spot .
Therefore it is a very essential and most important factor to save and enhance this natural great element of air that is movement ( air means not about breath), which represents our body in five forms Prana, Udana, vyana, saman and Apan.

These “Pancha Prana” – The Five Energy Flows enable the body and its organs to function. Essentially, the Pancha Prana are responsible for the entire physiology of the human system. We generate our physical energy with its mechanism and from food as a fuel . The food is converted to glucose which is broken down in the cells to produce energy. The five Prana are involved in assimilation, distribution and managing this energy to make the body function.

“Remember that in our body the majority of diseases are distortions of element air, ayurveda calls it vata dosha where inner movement is lost”.
Therefore, as air represents motion. Voluntary muscles are only movers which has its own ancient memory. One must understand its natural sequential order and specific direction in the flow of movement  within our body and what exact efforts one has to do in “Asana” is the real key”.

Understanding the functioning of the Pancha Prana is essential in Yogasan.

These five pranas , “PanchaPrana” –

The actual source of these Pancha Prana is difficult to explain. The Pancha Prana is closely interlinked with our physical energy.
The source of the Pancha Prana is Maha Prana. This Maha Prana is the cosmic energy and is manifest in each of us as ‘kundalini shakti” that is located in our central vertebral axis ( base of our spine to skull). Therefore one must understand the importance of vertebral spaces in our central axis and its relationship with muscular architecture to work correctly.

Let’s see first ,a short description of the five Pranas or the Pancha Prana.

1 : Prana –This is the first and the main of the five pranas and functions between the throat and the respiratory diaphragm. All organs of the thorax including the heart and lungs which are siruated in ribcage ,dynamic apparatus  are maintained by Prana. The basic function of respiration and pumping of the heart is controlled by Prana. Prana can be thought of as moving upwards and is a suction power.

2: Apana – Apana is the downward flowing of the five Pranas and is located from navel to the mooladhara – the base plexus. It is primarily responsible for elimination. It controls organs situated between the naval and the perineum , governs the large and small intestine, adrenal, prostate kidneys, bladder , anus and genitals etc. It is associated with the element of water. Elimination of waste as faeces, gas and urine is done by Apana . Also, ejaculation of sperm, Monthly menstrual cycle for women and expulsion of foetus during childbirth is done by Apana .
Disturbances in Apana can cause many more problems related to these organs and glands like digestive problems, constipation, diarrhoea, piles, menstrual problems, excess mucus, cold, sinusitis, swelling of glands, edema of tissues, blood thinning or blood clotting. etc.

3 : Samana – Samana prana operates between the naval and the diaphragm. It controls the function of organs like stomach, liver, galllbladder, pancreas, spleen, small and large intestine. Samana prana travels sideways. Samana Pran’s is the Prana that is responsible for digestion and assimilation of nutrients into the body. Disturbance of the Samana can cause indigestion and other stomach disorders.

4 :Udana – Udana functions above the throat, face and head region. It is responsible for all the sensory organs and functioning of the brain. Apart from that it controls the organs of movement including hands and legs.

5: Vyana: Vyana pervades the entire body. It is Vyana that carries the nutrients needed to every cell of the body. The nutrients are carried via blood flow and the circulatory system to reach all the organs. Whenever there is a shortage of energy in any part of the body, Vyana immediately sends the required nutrients to the cells to produce the energy. It is like a dynamic reserve store of energy, available to the whole body.
It also helps in muscular movements and carrying the sensory and motor impulses from different parts of the body. It also causes perspiration from the skin. Gooseflesh, caused by cold or fright, also comes under the jurisdiction of Vyana . It also shows itself as a general weakness in the body, loss of calcium from bones, obesity, cholesterol, weight loss, and weight gain, muscular diseases, etc.

Prana flows in the body through subtle channels called Nadi or meridians which are invisible pathways . Hence these pathways have to be spacious and clear . Any block in the flow of energy through these channels can cause the particular prana to function sub-optimally.

The supply and utilization of energy are crucial for maintaining overall health. When energy use becomes distorted, it can lead to disease. To maintain balance, it’s essential to use the five basic elements correctly in asana/postures. In asana, the ancient memory of muscular architecture is recalled, which has a sequential order with specific direction and synchronized flow of movement of muscles. This creates variations of fractional dilation and constriction, leading to ideal pressure differences within body cavities. This is vital for the movement of organ systems and ventilation, facilitating the flow of air and fluids. This biofeedback technique can help achieve a state of physical ease. Energy is the ability to arrange matter particles, both subtle and gross, and its balanced flow is essential for overall well-being.

Body’s Energy Dynamics:

The human body, composed of earth and water elements, requires balance and correction to maintain its integrity. This is achieved through the action of fire, which represents transformation and energy. Perception, on the other hand, is facilitated by air and space, allowing us to sense and understand our surroundings.

In the context of perception, skin touch is a fundamental aspect, while muscle and joint awareness play crucial roles in our kinesthetic experience. Space is going to change with memory programming. So i.e. the awareness of nearness , influencing our sense , awareness of the state of being near or close to something in terms of space, time, or relationship.

If we want to put this with a Material science  perspective,  movement of the matter particle is facilitated with the help of energy particle which is of three type,

1. Gravitons, associated with gravitational force
2. Electrons, related to electromagnetic force and atomic interactions (repulsion and attraction)
3. Gluons, linked to nuclear energy and the strong nuclear force

The interplay between these particles and forces governs the behavior of matter at various scales.

Electrons are related to atoms ,so repulsion and  attraction are two parts of it. In our SYS method of movement is repulsion and  attraction is adjustment of buckle and  the coupulation. From this it will depend what efforts one has to do and what will happen, For this heat is necessary which will come from nuclear energy i.e. Gluons are essential for facilitating motion ,the  actual movement i.e. Kinesiology.

But where are we going to get energy?

Budhichya dolyane dekhave,Manacha kanani aikave i.e Bio feed back techanque , “Sato vati dhehave chitta”. Whatever equilibrium is getting for that use currency of Chitta.

The source of energy,it can be said that the energy for these processes comes from the conversion of various forms of energy within the body, such as:

Mechanical energy from  movement of Muscles

Electrical energy from neural transmissions

Chemical energy from food and nutrients

This energy is then utilized to power the complex interactions between matter and energy particles, enabling movement, perception, and overall bodily function.

Let’s dive into the fascinating world of biofeedback and energy production in our bodies.

How do our bodies utilize energy from food and water to function optimally ?

The process involves converting glucose from food into energy, which happens in the presence of water and insulin, acting as a catalyst for oxidation.

Here’s a breakdown of the key elements involved:
– *Energy Production*
    – *Food*: Glucose from food dissolves in water to produce energy
    – *Water*: Essential for cellular processes, including intracellular water
    – *Insulin*: Acts as a catalyst for oxidation, facilitating glucose absorption
– *Cellular Respiration*
    – *Oxygen*: Enters the cell through the respiratory system and binds to hemoglobin
    – *Pran Shakti*: The suction power that facilitates oxygen intake
    – *Apan Shakti*: The expulsion power that removes waste products, like carbon dioxide
– *Energy Conversion*
    – *Intracellular Respiration*: Glucose burns in the presence of oxygen, releasing energy
    – *ATP Reaction*: Energy is produced in the form of ATP, utilizing the heat generated from cellular respiration
– *Cooling Mechanism*
    – *Evaporation*: Excess heat is removed through exhalation, similar to how a radiator cools an engine

In essence, our bodies work like a complex engine, converting energy from food and water into a usable form, while managing heat and waste products. This process is intricately linked to the balance of elements, including earth, water, fire, and air, which are essential for maintaining optimal bodily functions.

Use of energy   =
From where to use this energy? Through four engines.
Which?
Heart, Lungs, Liver & Kidney.

The four vital engines that power our bodily functions  their  physical mechanisms within each organ that allows them to function optimally

Heart’s mechanisms:

1. *Cardiac muscle contraction and relaxation*: The heart muscle contracts and relaxes in a coordinated manner to pump blood throughout the body.
2. *Electrical conduction system*: The SA node, AV node, and bundle of His work together to regulate the heartbeat and ensure a consistent rhythm.
3. *Blood flow and pressure regulation*: The heart regulates blood pressure and flow to ensure adequate perfusion of organs and tissues.

Lung Mechanisms :
1. *Smooth movement of voluntary muscles*: Accessory muscles attached and related to the rib cage  to create pressure difference including cervical and pelvic diaphragm that  help expand and contract it, facilitating lung expansion and contraction.
2. *Diaphragmatic contraction and relaxation*: The diaphragm, attached to the lumbar spine, contracts and relaxes to facilitate ventilation, allowing the lungs to expand and deflate.
3. *Trachea, bronchi, and bronchial smooth muscle tone*: The airways provide a pathway for air to reach the lungs, and smooth muscle tone regulates airflow and resistance.
4. *Alveolar-capillary gas exchange*: Oxygen and carbon dioxide are exchanged between the lungs and bloodstream through the alveoli.

These mechanisms work together seamlessly to facilitate ventilation for breathing and oxygenation.

The liver plays a vital role in metabolism and energy production.

Liver Mechanisms : The liver plays a vital role in metabolism and energy production.
1. *Glucose metabolism*: The liver processes sugars from food, regulating glucose levels in the bloodstream.
2. *Glycogen storage and release*: The liver stores glycogen, a complex carbohydrate, and releases glucose into the bloodstream as needed.
3. *Detoxification*: The liver removes toxins and waste products from the bloodstream.
4. *Bile production*: The liver produces bile, which aids in digestion and absorption of fats and fat-soluble vitamins.

These mechanisms help regulate energy production, metabolism, and overall health.

Kidney Mechanisms ;
1. *Nephron function*: Filtration, reabsorption, and secretion work together to remove waste, regulate electrolytes, and maintain acid-base balance.
2. *Blood flow and pressure regulation*: The kidneys regulate blood pressure and flow to ensure adequate filtration and perfusion.
3. *Hormone regulation*: The renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS) helps regulate blood pressure, fluid balance, and electrolyte balance.

These physical mechanisms work together to maintain optimal kidney function, overall health, and homeostasis.

Let’s break down the process of energy creation from food and water.

Energy Creation Process
– *Food and Water*: Glucose from food dissolves in water, creating a raw product for energy. This process requires a balance of alkaline and acid, which is facilitated by insulin, allowing oxidation to take place.
– *Cellular Process*: Glucose particles enter the cell through the bloodstream, specifically through the vehicle of blood plasma, and dissolve in intracellular water. The minutest particles of glucose then undergo a process where they “burn” in the presence of oxygen, releasing energy.
– *Role of Oxygen*: Oxygen comes into the cell through the respiratory system, riding on hemoglobin, and is absorbed through the process of intracellular respiration. This oxygen is essential for the energy production process.

Key Components
– *Pran Shakti*: Refers to the life force or energy that facilitates various bodily functions, including the absorption of glucose and oxygen.
– *Vyana*: Refers to the receptive mechanism that allows glucose particles to enter the cell.
– *Apana Shakti*: Refers to the expulsion power that removes waste products from the body.

Energy Production and Utilization
– *Heat Production*: The energy production process generates heat, which is utilized in various cellular reactions, such as ATP production.
– *Cooling Mechanism*: The body has a cooling mechanism, similar to a radiator, where water evaporates to cool down the system.
– *Energy Efficiency*: The energy production process is efficient, where energy is not wasted but rather increased through the union of oxygen and hydrogen, forming intracellular water.

Ayurvedic Perspective
– *Sumdosha, Sumagni, Sumdhatu, Malakriya*: Refers to the balance of bodily humors, digestive fire, tissue health, and waste removal, which are all essential for overall health and well-being.
– *Dhatu*: Refers to the transformation of food into various bodily tissues, which is facilitated by the energy production process.

Therefore when the use of energy becomes distorted, it is called “Disease’. ” Yogasan” as a cure and guarantee about health, then we must use five elements correctly as matter is solidified energy. With using probs we get awareness of our body with reference to Earth for proprioception and stereognosis. Thus we take support of belts, ropes and furniture as they are like silent teachers with which we can give Biofeedback technique much better to be aware of distortion of space within.

The use of energy is for cellular metabolism in each cell of the body for its work. The four engines – heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys – must work efficiently. The body (Sharir) and the soul (Atman) are interconnected, and when the soul utilizes the body efficiently, it functions optimally. However, when the use of energy becomes distorted, it leads to disease. To maintain balance, it’s essential to use the five basic elements correctly. Through use of props to make efforts for conscious movement of muscles with their natural behaviour patterns to biofeedback techniques, we can cultivate awareness of space within and outside the body, achieving equilibrium. This awareness is also referred to as Jeevatma. Yoga, when used as a cure, must incorporate the five elements correctly, often with the support of props like furniture, ropes, and belts. By doing so, we can attain a deeper understanding of the equilibrium of Chith Akash, Ghat Akash, Matha Akash, and Maha Akash, ultimately leading to a harmonious balance within.

This method of “Swati yoga shalaa” aims at improving the function of these 5 elements and pranas. In today’s century, the modification of postures is very essential and important, to correct distortion of spaces within the body and spreading energy into matter to improve and to correct any problems with the functioning of the organs and their systems.
Element Space is a prerequisite for these vital energies of these Pancha prana.
Hence , Space is required for any movement (that is element air) and activity of organs and its related pathways .
According to Physical laws air and water moves from higher pressure to lower pressure where volume of the vessel that  is body cavities plays an important role. This adjustment of volume of body cavities is only possible through movement of voluntary musculature and voluntary Diaphragm i.e.cervical and pelvic diaphragm. Coordination of these two voluntary diaphragms has a direct effect on our movement of respiratory diaphragm. ( it’s not about pushing our ribcage forward or pushing our stomach forward.Read my articles on ventilation)
Prana, is basically all about mechanisms of pressure difference and that is only through smooth ,conscious movement of Muscular architecture , which is the only medium for inner spaces and smooth movement of organs within and its mechanism, situated within this Muscular bag,
Therefore, all these five prana i.e energy means the ability to arrange is related to this space – time – movement in our body cavities.(sorry to say that, it’s not about pushing our chest and stomach forward )
If any of the five pranas are depleted or not functioning optimally, disorders /diseases may occur in their corresponding organs.

Elements of earth and water are weak ( पंगू) by nature, they can’t move on their own. Hence hardening of matter is a natural strong force i.e. “parthivata” , where movement is distorted and lost and that is also because contraction is a very strong passive  force, hence the need to learn  active force of expansion of matter Physically not psychologically..
But element fire and air are not weak by their nature. Hence, for these two elements i.e air and fire , motivation is from conscious movement of muscles and not repetitive movements of joints, this is a big misunderstanding and misinterpretation of yoga asana/posture because from this movement friction takes place (but this friction should not lead towards inflammation) , creating a Fire element and with these air and fire elements , we have to make smooth conscious movements. So through air and fire elements we have to expand matter earth and water into space.(equilibrium of inner spaces with outer space).
Once this happens, then through this muscular movement, internal pressure in the body cavities with reference to outer atmospheric pressure, resistance is a contrast between these inner and outer space.. Therefore, we have to reduce this difference and increase inner spaces and inner forces. This means occupation ( व्यापकता) of element space within our body with quality of outer space I.e.accommodation (आकाश दातृत्व).
Thus , the effect on these two qualities of element #space in our body is very important where these 5 pranas are concerned.
Remember that learning , changes in this state of occupation of space/avakash is a very important factor in “Asana” /Posture. It is not about performing art or entertainment to our mind.

We must understand and work accordingly and consciously, how to use this element space
( Atman) within our body I.e. occupied space (अवकाश) in our body through muscular architecture. We have to learn how to arrange and manipulate this inner space, the way we want our organ systems in relation with the brain heart ,lungs or spinal column or any abdominal organs.
We must understand the exact effect and use of a particular asana/ Posture on these organs. This may vary with distortion of each individual state of health.
For this to happen, While doing asanas watch within, work within, worship within to get wisdom and to win the pose which is genetic and naturally evolved I.e.Siddhashila ( दृडयोगी).
How we make different, different forms/ आकार of our own body has no meaning at all but to understand and observe the state of our body within is very important. Doing so many things, to entertain our mind , may feel good but it shows, not making us healthy.
Nothing happens suddenly in our body it is a continuous process. क्षणाक्षणाला बदलणारी स्थीती म्हणजे गती. Change of state is अवस्था बदल has to be healthy not unhealthy.

The path is not easy to follow, the rules and regulations of the laws of the universe are most difficult.  Hence ancient time ” yoga” was not taught for the general crowd of people who had their normal routine life.
