Why so called streching does not help or strength training does not bring strength ?

Why is so-called streching not help, or strength training not bring strength ?


If you are doing movements and stretching from joints. May be you feel you are increasing range of motion in joint ( ROM). But in those repetitive movements lead wear and tear of joints . Thus, degeneration happens at an early age ( osteoarthritis) and the same is true with strength training where shortening and strengthening of muscles is the aim thus stiffness is more and can’t hold our skeleton physically stable as well as we lose smooth movement of muscular flow.
Conscious efforts to move muscles in their natural Sequential order are essential to increase the range of movement of muscles. This order and it’s natural specific flow of direction is imbibed in our ancient brain and which child unwinds but goes into automation. We have to make same efforts in this direction of flow and learn step by step regularly, consistently to bring back it’s memory and programing in our conscience brain.So we can improve our further skill as a human beings and enhance it further if we want.
