Health is real Wealth which we can't bring it back.., Swati Joshi

Health is wealth, our own responsibility.

Health is wealth

Health is a state of complete physical, mental ,social, and spiritual well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.

Never, never, never trade your own health for wealth. You may think you can bring or buy it back, but you can’t.

Today’s lifestyle –

Modern body  and mind  are overstimulated, hence overfed. Which is  leading us  towards many more physical and mental diseases.

Our physical body must be physically stable, where mind and intellect are  situated.

Physical stability is the most important factor  as a human spices. Then  only mental stability will occur. Once we lose the level of  physical stability at a certain level, then stress accelerates further deterioration. It is a defence mechanism of our  living organisms. Hence, keep this in mind that diseases are defensive mechanisms or forces of our own body systems. That is why easiness is ‘Sahajawastha’ state, which is essential in yoga.

(Therefore, physical stability is the most important factor for mental stability. Once we lose physical stability at a certain level, any metal stress accelerates further damage )

*To choose the right path is in our hands.

We always tend to choose the easiest way of doing things, which is often disastrous.

Our own health is definitely our own responsibility .

It should be our top most priority to fulfil  all other dreams and  wishes.

Isn’t it so?

*Health education should not lead us  towards the wrong pathway, where we suffer with many more health problems and diseases.

It must lead us towards the prevention, improvement, and enhance physical and physiological function of organ systems.

Safe Environment not much in our hand.

We are aware of outer hygiene, but what about inner hygiene.

Inner hygiene totally depends on our inner spaces between joints, body cavities, and between cells.

Inner environment is totally dependent on inner body spaces close and open both.

In today’s style, our physical state of the body is adapting wrongly,it  should adapt healthily to our surroundings .That’s  the key.

Wrong adaptation takes us towards ill – health and diseases.

*Diseases start unknowingly and silently where we start losing natural easiness  ” Sahaj – avastha’. It is a continuous process of distortion within. Remember ,nothing happens suddenly in our own bodies.

Body actually gives so many hints. It keeps whispering like a  tip of the iceberg, but we ignore it because of its lack of understanding .

My experience says that we don’t want to understand and work accordingly.

We keep ourselves convinced that also wrongly and once it crosses its limits. We keep treating symptoms but not the real cause.

 Be Aware..

*Diseases are a defence mechanism of our physical body.

Hence, we have to be aware of what is vulnerable to our physical body.

We have  to work and  follow strictly –  Physical Law, which  governs our body and where Mind and Intellect is situated.

Through these  two faculties, Mind and Intellect ,We have to work on our physical body to get physiological improvement and further evolve  spiritually and genetically.

This should be our Aim..

Human spices as a Biped ( two legs e vertical structure)

*We humans are Bi-ped and vertical spices.

Hence, we need to work intellectually,

to keep our structure extended vertically

 and Physical Stable.

Reason Yoga has given the most  important to physical stability for freedom from diseases and  brings physiological improvement.

Which further brings strength, easiness and lightness in any body position.

“स्थिर सुखम् आसनम्”!

“स्थैर्य आरोग्यमच अंगलाघवम करमसुकौशलम!

*Ancient – Hatha Yoga and Pantanjali/ Raj  yoga mentions  benefits of practicing yoga asanas: we gain Physical stability “sthairyam” and “sthira”,through this ,gives freedom from disease which further leads towards easiness and  lightness of the body.

*In fact, Maharishi Patanjali mentions illness (“vyadhi”) as the first of the nine obstacles that prevent us from experiencing yoga.

Physical stability ensures that the body has the strength to sit ,to stand, which means any static pose and walk comfortably without any stress and strain on body organ systems.

Importance of physical stability for human spices

*Therefore, how we use our mind and intellect in the right way and strong will to bring physical stability is the KEY factor.

One must understand that without physical stability, We will not gain health ( physical, physiological, psychological, intellectual, spiritual, and Genetical).

We have to overcome physical stress and strain first,  then only our own  body will be free from metal strain, which will not affect the physical state of our body.

In spite of everything , we are detarioting instead of evolving.

This is a very basic root cause of today’s Mankind.

,* Very important and very basic  factors to understand about our Spices –

To keep our body physically stable –

Equilibrium of forces and space inside with the outside body is the most important factor to work on our physical body..

That is –

Gravity versus Anti- gravity. Once Once Gravity takes over ,We Shrink and sink.

Along with this atmospheric pressure on our body ,once our inner opposite force of elasticity deteriots, then compression and hardening are bound to happen.

Anti-clockwise versus Clock- Wise Force  .

Ours inside clockwise force decrease we start dis – intigrating

All these very basic forces distort  which Electro-magnetic force , weak  and strong nuclear forces, etc.within our body

*To make us stable, our physical structure keeps adjusting. This adjustment is through contraction of musculature along with over all soft tissues.

 * We must be aware that these anatomical distortions at the level of atoms,

* leads towards slowing down  Physiological function  of  Organ systems.

* Which further leads towards permanent pathological  changes,

 which we name  as diseases.

#Prevent this process of diseases and reverse it towards improving the function of overall organ systems and leads towards health.

*We don’t tend to realise it, but there are complex processes happening in our body at all times just to keep us upright.

Balance is the vital sense that gives much-needed physical stability to our teetering, upright bodies. Good balance is associated with equilibrium of forces to hold the structure with surrounding matter.

Isn’t it so…

*The importance of the balance system is shown by the vast number of connections in our physical body it makes with the brain.

These connections reveal that the forces of motion we create and encounter in the environment can go on to affect our bodies’ inner spaces so as many parts of the brain

Big brain – conscious movements.

Little brain – Balance – coordination of movements – muscle tone and

Brainstem  –  including those that control vision, hearing, sleep, digestion, and even learning and memory , related to all vital organs, etc..

Therefore, we have to be aware and work consciously on physical stability to bring Easiness in our Physical State to improve physiological organ systems to  evolve further.

Basic Forces acting on our body .

*The Force  in the Universe is only present in each and  every Spices in the Universe.

The gravitational force makes planets to move around them.

= The movement of the Earth.

= The movement of the Moon around the Earth.

= Both of them, moving around the Sun, with Unisom with other planets.

All these planets have gravitational force, which is attractive amongst each other. That’s why they don’t just drop down.

We must understand – So with gravity, we  hold up here on earth .

But at the same time, we are not completely buried on the ground. So that  our body has Anti-gravitational force within.

Anti-clockwise rotational force is imbibed in us. As  mother Earth  revolves, Anticlockwise, which is the speed of the mother earth , is about 6000 miles per hour. Since we are travelling at such a high speed. We do not feel the speed of our body.

So if we had not had the clockwise force. We will get churn and  disintegrate. So we have rotational force in the form of right and left to make us stable and balanced .

Therefore, our aim should be to enhance these inner forces and evolve genetically healthy individuals .

* So, to make us physically stable, we must understand and know  our own centre of gravity and its diversion.

The position of the centre of gravity can tell us whether we will remain standing upright or tip over.

It’s very tricky and dicy as our living body keeps adjusting, and we are not aware. But body definitely gives hint while adjusting its tilt for eg. headache, neck pain , backa, leg pain, motion sickness, ear block, gidiness, migraine, vertigo, etc. these are signs of physical instability .Which varies from person to person.

Once we  understand  our tilt, then we can classify its current state of stability. It will be in either a stable, unstable, or neutral equilibrium.

*Physical stability is the key for health.

which needs equilibrium of forces within body with relationship with outer forces –

This brings Easiness in our vertical structure and organs to function properly and enhance further.

The position of our  centre of gravity affects our stability.

Physical stability ensures that the body has the static strength to sit, stand, and walk comfortably for a prolonged period of time with ease, physical, and mental.

in a steady seated posture, Lightness of the body ensures that we are not caught up with the body; the body is so light that we forget the “vehicle” and allow our awareness to be in communion with the “inner scenery”.and whatever we do.

Centre of gravity in the human body

*We know that the centre of gravity is the centre point from which the weight is evenly dispersed on all sides

(If an object is tilted, it will topple over if a vertical line from its centre of gravity falls outside its base. the same happens with human structure)

Our  centre of gravity determines exactly when we reach its tipping  point and fall over.

But Our  body mechanism doesn’t allow us to fall as it  is consistently adjusting with musculature architecture and inner soft tissues.

We can see basic  distortion  visually , like increasing the area of our base – making our hips or legs widen or heavy. Tightening of hips and shoulders towards centre,

Rotation of leg outward

( heel inside and foot outward, bow leg, thighs touching each other,) decreasing spaces between joints ( spine),Position of head with the neck and shoulder, hunchback back and inequality with right and left side etc.

*The direction of the force of gravity through the body is downward from head to tail, and  that is our vertical axis.

This line of gravity is important to understand and visualise when determining a person’s ability to maintain balance successfully.

When the line of gravity falls outside the base of support , then a reaction of our body mechanism is needed in order to stay balanced.

like increasing the area of the base and hardening the vertical line to increase stability.

Hence note down –  To make us physically stable, our body imbibes many more anatomical distortions at the level of atoms..

Importance of vergtical axis in our human body

*The vertical axis (axial skeleton) is the most important part of our body to survive . It governs the body as a whole.

It not only provides the framework for our skeleton but also  supports and protects the brain, the spinal cord, and all the internal organs.

If the body’s framework is not supported with muscular architecture, then this structure starts collapsing and shrinking. An example is a degeneration of joint spaces / osteo- athritis and hardening of tissues.

Physical Stability – Vertical axis and it’s relationship with musculoskeletal system

*Our body’s framework/skeleton is  supported from muscular architecture , elastic by nature, which can easily contract but not easily expand .

Because contraction is the  strongest  force of gravitation, which is defensive and  reflexes.

Therefore ,we don’t need to work or learn on contraction force , instead, its physical expansion is the key .This skill I call it intellectual movement, which are yogic movements that are  definitely different from anatomical movements .

Because of contractions , this framework will tend to fall outside, like how buildings collapse.

Hence , the organs collapse away from the musculoskeletal wall and  will be felt as a dead weight to be carried around passively. This puts stress on the joints and hard muscles. This causes movement to feel restricted and  heavy, while posture, along with muscles, loses its internal support.

*Once we understand the very basic principle of the importance of Physical stability. To keep us physically stable , there is tremendous pressure on our physical body and nervous system.

This leads towards constant contraction of Musculature architecture and other  soft tissues Where there is tremendous load on motor system. This further leads to stiffer and hardening  of tissues.Hence, we are leading fast towards degeneration and reducing regeneration fast..

The reason is that this  defence of body mechanisms leads us to many more ill health and diseases.

  Pathway to bring Physical stability

So  the pathway  is simple  to  maintain cell  elasticity and its softness for its  proper function, mainly  to a stable structure. Physically and organs situated inside to function properly without any physical obstruction.

*To keep our body structure physically stable and movable, there has to be joint integrity.

Try to understand very basic physics in our living body mechanism .

joints act exactly like pulley systems.

The pulley system is a simple mechanism here

that uses muscles as  strings  attached to bones  around a wheel that is crossing  joints  to lift our heavy body.

The main benefit of this is that it can actually reduce the amount of force necessary to lift our body vertically upward.

It redistributes the direction of the force necessary to lift.

The most advantageous in our body is the combined pulley system.

We have  multiple wheels/ joints  and additional musculature architecture to support the weight of our body and its movement  . The net result is that the force necessary to lift is reduced dramatically.

In short, it is far easier to lift  since the weight has greater support.

Physical Stability and upright lift if human spices –

So,

For  Physically Stability and to Upright lift  –

We have multiple  joints acting  like pulleys .

These pulleys  must work together simultaneously in one direction only . This is a very important factor in our body, and this movement must happen in any form that we take of our body during our daily routine .

As the joints’ , pulleys’ movement has to be together and also simultaneously in one direction only.

Therefore ,its direction of flow of movement  has to be from the posterior side , pulling towards the  heel and  from the anterior side  lifting upward towards the head .

*Our vertical axis is not fixed, like in the case of an automobile axis.

Our joint axis locations are fairly stable, but that’s only because the joint surfaces move in a specific way and direction.

To preserve this joint integrity, joint surfaces must move with respect to one another . Its  rolling , gliding, and spinning must  occur simultaneously and in the same direction. It’s just  like complicated Pulleys .

Here, the physical flow of the movement of musculature and its conscious awareness  in the desired direction in a specific way is the key . Try to understand this mechanism in our body to evolve further.

*We need to understand that all joints like  Pulleys must move simultaneously and.smoothly .

We can’t make a pose or any movement with just bones, joints, and ligaments. They can’t move on  their own .

So something has to move them,Real and only movers are muscles that are attached to bones. Muscles move bones at the level of joints where they come together.Joints just are for giving directions.

The innermost layer of muscles is a miniature system like rope and pulleys connecting the smallest adjacent skeletal segments.

The intermediate layer would consist of larger systems connecting bigger segments

and the outermost layer would consist of the largest and the strongest system connecting the segments of the skeleton, which are the furthest apart.

Our vertebral column –

the vertebral column, which is a fundamental support structure

*   Our  musculature moves  our body in different forms .

This muscular architecture is  complex because it consists of  multiple storied joints/ pulleys .

They have multiple attachments of muscles/ ropes..

Through them , our body moves in many ways and  make many forms

Our joints are where two bones meet. They make the skeleton flexible. These joints are stabilized by ligaments. Which   connect  and hold bones together save bones from displacement.

They support and strengthen our  flexible joint capsule together.

This entire skeleton complex is stabilized by ligaments and strongest muscular architecture.

*Physical stability is the state of a body at rest or in uniform motion , in which the resultant of all forces on it is zero , that is equilibrium of muscular architecture , front side versus back side and left versus right. This needs elasticity and expansion quality of Musculature.

But remember, bones don’t move on their own, and joints are just to change in direction where Bone moves.

They’re  articulated together with ligaments to avoid displacement of bones and keep natural spaces between two bones for  frictionless movement.

So, we need to understand the importance of musculature architecture. They are the strongest under our violation, powerful and  only movers that stabilize and mobilise our body structure.

They physically keep the inner environment safe and healthy for the proper physiological function of organ systems situated within itself .

Health – Physical stability – verical axis and it’s relationship with musculoskeletal system

•    Till now we understand-

•    What health means .

•    Physical stability is the main principle to be healthy as diseases are the first obstacles to evolve our spices further.

•    physiological function of any organ system is directly related to its physical state. If cells or tissues are in a state of compress state, then their physiological functions start slow down, and  this is a continuous process going within our body .

•    Contraction is a very strong force, whereas expansion is a very weak force. Hence degenration is very fast compair to regeneration.

•    If we want to reverse this process, then regeneration must increase than degenration.

•    Therefore, to keep this physical structure healthy , we don’t need to work on conscious contraction movement, which happens in reflex action, which is mainly from joints. Instead, we need to work on its modification, and that is  expansion to keep the elasticity of each and every  cell in our body ( though it’s different in different types of cells)

Otherwise, repetitive contraction makes cellular tissues harden even though reflexology remains.
