Importance of of vertibral/ spinal column

Importance of our vertical axis – skull- spine ribcage to make us healthy as well as evolve further.

Yoga Asanas are not for just stretching or flexibility, it’s far beyond so called  strengthening and cardio

 Yoga gives the top priority to the vertical axis to lead towards spirituality to further bring genetic changes ( Swasthya) 

Unfortunately, in the name of yoga asanas or any other physical activity, including stretching ( reflex actions from spinal segments). Which we see across, they are torturing the shoulder joint,hip joint, and still remaining unsatisfied.

 I am okay now. It is always illusanarry, the body always gives different signs and symptoms but we never work on its root causes as  nothing happens suddenly in our own Physical body. 

All secrets in our body  are in our central axis, which governs our body. Hence, how we enhance our central axis is an essential factor in today’s lifestyle, the way we use our physical body.

We must know and understand what exact efforts we  have to make and how to improve.

        Hence, firstly, we have to stop torturing the weak links of our  spine, where the first  movement started at infant statges. 

Here  curvature changes 

 i.e. at the level of Skull- C1, C7-T1 neck, T12-L1 chest  and L5-S1 lower back.

The principle of physics is that these weak links always  collapse as  in our vertical structure.

 It is very important for us to learn to secure these weak links physically . As  all the diseases start to  develop here. Because of our stupid behaviour, we couldn’t prevent very basic that is  health of spine which is main coloum of our body.      

          What happens if our building column is weak and its material couldn’t hold the structure properly?

We must try to  understand how to make our vertical structure physically stable and how to save this from  collapsing ? 

Distortion and degeneration of spaces and tissues are the result of  this instability where hardening is a strong force, so we have to save this process of hardening and learn the technique.

In our modern society, we have lost elasticity and mobility of muscles  at the level of shoulder and hip joint and  forgotten also. Try to understand this  physical level first.

It is very sad that we are  not aware of automation and reflex action.

 Hence we are  suffering.

 Observe our own body ,  at shoulder joint and hip joint.

Our rotator muscles are not rotating  the pectoral girdle around the head of the arm at the shoulder joint.So as our  rotation of  Pelvis around the head of  thigh at hip joint. 

Remember that we can move our hands and legs in any direction from these joints, but that does not mean we have healthy joints and muscles. Instead further these joints wear and tear and lead towards degeneration fast. Reason even people with  hyper mobile joints ( flexible) are  suffering.

One must understand this basic : We have lost subtle movement in all   important joints like Sacroiliac, scapula- clavicle, scapula – rib cage, and  vertebrocostal joints with intervertebral joints .

 I don’t understand why we are not aware of this in today’s century. 

This is the main root cause of all the diseases mankind is suffering. Because our central vertebral column / axis governs all our organ systems.

First factor is, we have not extended as a biped and forgotten the extension ( back bending is not  at all extension it’s a posterior flexion or hyperextension ), as flexion is very strong force ( reflex action) and defensive also hence lead to degeneration if not evolve these movements.

So , what has ultimately resulted is zero mobility of the torso, and we are using only organs of actions, i.e.arms ,legs, and misuse, using spinal columns.  Here again  note down that  inner organs have to bear this abnormal stress .

 As a biped,We have to make strong efforts while  working on physical body. Though execution of movement is from reflex pathways to come out of this reflexology and automation.The deterioration should stop at the right movement.

*  In present-day society, one wants to enjoy life. Everyone is interested in physical fitness ( physical mimicry,where systematically damaging the structure through matter which in a process becomes disease instead of ease ) and different varieties of  diet where health is totally absent.

 Now, a new thing is a holistic approach where all these varieties are done moderately.

 That  means and shows still  not understanding the very basics of the human body. 

It’s high time  we must work within our own body for prevention , and only adaptation will be healthy. Otherwise, this adaptation is leading us towards ill-health.

Therefore, it is very important that we arrange our torso in such a way that it can learn to live in uncongenial surroundings.

Remember if we adapt yogic postures so easily and say i am master of yoga them sorry to say that  we are on the wrong path(because  of flexibility in joint  and not in  muscular architecture,posture may look good but space is distorted).

That doesn’t satisfy the physiological functioning of body systems.

While so many years of my experience and seeing x-rays of youngsters . I observed that We are making our spine unhealthy at a very early age. Hence  distorting  spaces in all the joints and body  cavities and hence damaging the physiological function of organ systems.

  To get physiological benefits, one must learn first to move the centre /central axis from our  extremity.creating spaces is more important than hardening all over matter..We are making our body vulnerable towards tumours and cancer

Step by step conscious learning using these natural laws with modern  techniques will help us to perform our any passion and profession without leading us towards ill-health. Choice is ours .
