If life were a monster movie, would viruses be vampires or zombies? Would they be something else entirely?
Viruses are dead or alive?
Most biologists say no. Viruses are not made out of cells, they can’t keep themselves in a stable state, they don’t grow, and they can’t make their own energy. On their own they can do nothing until they enter a living cell. Without cells, viruses would not be able to multiply
In the absence of their host, viruses are unable to replicate and many are unable to survive for long in the extracellular environment. Even though they definitely replicate and adapt to their environment, viruses are more like androids than real living organisms.
Let’s train our intellectual body physically that any such dead virus won’t hijack our intellectual cells. Remember there is no shortcut for health but sure for death.
Let’s update our own vehicle with improvisation of four vital engines with related systems so it won’t deteriorat at an early stage and so we can make our journey of life with ease.
Do you know that Living things must maintain homeostasis?
Homeostasis is any self-regulating process by which an organism tends to maintain a relatively stable internal state, stability while adjusting to conditions that are best for its survival, despite changes in the world outside. If homeostasis is successful, life continues; if it’s unsuccessful, it results in a disaster or death of the organism.
That is the inner environment/ homeostasis within our body cavities. Which is all about balancing with the outer environment. This is totally dependent on the state of close and open spaces within our body itself. For this elastic state of muscular quality is the only medium in which we can work physically.
Therefore firstly stop your Muscular architecture becoming stiff and hard. Be aware of your own physical body with intellectual movement of voluntary musculature.
Make efforts to improve your physical and psychological state of body itself instead of exerting physical and mental activities to fool our own brain like chemical mimicry. Our body mechanism knows what is artificial; it keeps fighting within and leads us to diseases.
Difference between Bacteria and virus :-
Bacteria can survive without a host, although a virus can’t because it attaches itself to cells. Viruses almost always lead to diseases, at a much higher rate than bacteria.
Generally, people are no longer contagious about 10 days after the onset of symptoms.
How long COVID-19 stays in the body varies from person to person. A recent study found that people can shed the virus for as long as 83 days, underscoring the importance of frequent testing, quarantining, and isolation.
Most people who have coronavirus disease recover completely within a few weeks. But even those who had no symptoms or mild versions of the disease — continue to experience symptoms after their initial recovery and have potentially long-lasting problems which may be dormant now.
